Job DescriptionSalary: $14.00-$15.00 per hour DOE

Searching for an Administrative Secretary / Behavioral Tech to come on with an amazing and growing company. This position would be working with our adolescent population. Must have excellent boundaries and be able to hold youth accountable. Must be able to pass a enhanced background check, lead a clean and sober lifestyle. Some clerical experience is preferred but not required. Hours will generally be between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. with a lunch hour. Will also backup in our residential homes and transportation.

Duties are as follows:

Answering phone calls to provide good customer service
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individuals
Respond to queries in person, via telephone or email
Assist with maintaining general company records
Compose letters and emails
Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and scanning documents into client file(s)
Arranging and scheduling appointments or meetings.
Accounting for needed office supplies
Assist in maintaining proper storage of protected information
Assist with client random urine testing
Billing
Other duties as assigned
