Assistant Manager Job Responsibilities:
Support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in running seamless shifts and handling all administrative tasks.
Ensure the restaurant meets Taco Bell's high standards and daily operational requirements, even in the absence of the RGM.
Put customer needs first and excel in cash control, security protocols, inventory management, sales growth, and team leadership.
Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members, as well as scheduling facility maintenance.
Handle HR, accounting, and payroll communications professionally.
Be prepared to clear a background check and lift boxes up to 50 lbs when needed.
Contribute to building a top-notch team focused on exceptional customer service and delicious food.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older with prior restaurant management experience.
