Spring Creek Rehabilitation Center - Receptionist Position

The Receptionist plays a crucial role in fostering a welcoming and efficient environment for residents and their families at our facility. This position involves providing essential administrative support to the Directors, demanding tact, sensitivity, and professionalism in interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Retrieve and deliver all voice mail messages outside of business hours.
Offer data entry assistance to various departments as required.
Act as the main point of contact for visitors and nursing staff.
Support with tasks like copying, filing, and other administrative duties.
Handle outgoing and incoming mail distribution.
Manage office supplies and maintain an organized supply cabinet.
Assist in special projects as needed.

Working Hours:

Full-time and part-time positions available

Dayshift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Afternoon shifts and weekends may be required
