Responsibilities:


As an IT specialist (m/f/d), you ensure the successful management of the IT service desk and provide support for company-wide hardware and software solutions according to agreed service levels.

You receive incident reports through various channels (phone, email, monitoring) and enter them into the ticket system.

  • Analysis, prioritization, and processing of tickets or escalation to the next level of support
  • Tracking of tickets in the system for timely processing, including coordination with service providers or manufacturers
  • Administration of video conferencing and print solutions, as well as handling user and permission management requests
  • Implementation and customization of IT service processes according to ITIL, including companywide rollout
  • Creation and maintenance of documentation and master data in your area of responsibility
  • Participation in a 24/7 oncall duty for gas industry applications

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed IT training or equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in managing complex IT solutions with a focus on stability, security, and service delivery
  • Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications, such as Office365, Citrix Workspace Client, SAP Client, Workplace, and print hardware
  • Proficient in ticket systems, remote maintenance
