The clinic, with around 200 beds and medical centers, currently employs over 450 staff.

EMPLOYEE FOR DISCHARGE MANAGEMENT AND REHABILITATION COUNSELING (M/F/D) FOR 10 HOURS PER WEEK, TEMPORARILY UNTIL MARCH 31, 2023.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Collaboration in the clinic's internal social services for counseling and support of our patients
Telephone and personal counseling of our patients for followup rehabilitation
Planning, scheduling, and organizing followup rehabilitation as well as monitoring cost coverage
Close cooperation with an interdisciplinary team of medical, nursing, and physiotherapy colleagues
Collaboration with health insurance companies, pension insurance, outpatient rehabilitation centers, and rehabilitation clinics
