Role and ResponsibilitiesBuild solid relationships and give financial support across all departments and vendors
Responsible for daily accounting operations including AR/AP, general journal entries, cashflow projection, OR, bank reconciliation, bills and payments
Prepare balance sheet and P&L statements and ensure the accuracy of all data
Prepare and monitor forecast and cashflow projections on a bi-weekly basis
Verify monthly sales report
Prepare monthly recurring billing and issue ad-hoc invoices
Review all invoices, aged receivables, external payments, refunds, etc. and resolve any issues or discrepancies
Prepare daily invoice posting and transfer form approval
Liaise with external and internal auditors and taxation advisor
Prepare monthly landlord reconciliation report
Assist with preparing month-end closing reports
Support the finance team with upcoming deadlines when needed
Requirements
Three to Five years experience in a finance or accounting role
Personable with strong verbal and written communication
Exceptionally organised with the ability to multitask
Thrives under pressure and solution-oriented
A University Degree in finance, accounting or a related field is an advantage
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
Good business acumen
Prior experience in coworking, real estate, or startup business would be an advantage
Fluent in English Cantonese is a plus
