    Job Title: Outside Sales Healthcare Account Executive at A Place for Mom

    Exciting opportunity to join the A Place for Mom team as an Outside Sales Healthcare Account Executive (HCAE). As an HCAE, you will represent A Place for Mom with hospitals and skilled nursing facilities in your designated area, helping families in need find appropriate care options as they move out of medical facilities. Your role involves driving lead generation and facilitating move-ins to communities from your portfolio of accounts. If you're eager, enjoy building relationships with healthcare professionals, and are persistent in identifying the most effective strategies to expand each account, this position is for you.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work in a dynamic industry to assist families in need of care to find suitable living arrangements as they leave hospitals or skilled nursing facilities
    • Achieve monthly quota by generating qualified patient referrals from assigned market plan accounts
    • Develop and expand your account base to boost referral volume in your region
    • Create new contacts within each account through networking, cold calls, and service presentations
    • Educate families on care options and collaborate with a Healthcare Senior Living Advisor to find the best solution
    • Collaborate with Senior Living Advisors to meet move-in quotas
    • Test new initiatives and processes to enhance account management

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Over two years of outside sales experience as individual contributor
    • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas
    • Proficiency in presenting to target customers and handling objections
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment
    • Strong communication and time management skills
    • Experience in healthcare/hospital sales is beneficial
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and a CRM system

    Schedule:

    • Fieldwork with Regional Director to create weekly account plans
    • Presentations, calls, and meetings with healthcare professionals

    Compensation:

    • Base Salary: $80,000
    • On Target Earnings: $115,000+ (Uncapped)
    • Benefits: 401(k), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Vision Insurance, Paid Time Off
