On behalf of a privately owned and medium-sized nursing company, we are looking for an Interim Nursing Director (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

You will impress our client with your personality, professional experience, and dedication. Your salary will be determined in a personal conversation.


Your responsibilities:


  • Motivating employees and conducting employee meetings
  • Employee development with guidance and practical deployment
  • Preparation and support of quality inspections
  • Design and optimization of duty roster
  • Ensuring optimal care for clients
  • Conducting employee visits
  • Managing nursing and care processes, taking into account professional, legal, and qualityrelated aspects
  • Participation in the development of concepts, standards, and methods
  • Respectful leadership, motivation, and retention of employees
  • Collaboration and networking with all employees involved in the care process

Your qualifications:


  • Qualification as a nursing professional (e.g. staterecognized geriatric nurse or nurse/healthcare professional, pediatric nurse) (m/f/d)
  • Completed training as a nursing director for nursing facilities with over 80 beds
  • Current nursing expertise
  • At least two years of experience as a nursing director
