We specialize in large and complex construction projects in new construction, historic preservation, infrastructure, and renovation.

In addition to a wide range of scaffolding solutions, we offer our private and public clients a comprehensive package of additional services.


We are currently looking for an employee / clerk (m/f/d) in the field of performance billing for scaffolding at our location in Berlin-Buch.


Profile:


  • Commercial training or further education
  • Professional experience in clerical work in the construction industry or in the trades is desirable
  • Good understanding of numbers and basic technical understanding is advantageous
  • Solutionoriented and structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and ideally familiar with CP-Pro
  • Good knowledge of German, both written and spoken

Responsibilities:


  • Order processing and invoice creation based on performance specifications
  • Billing of measurements in coordination with the construction management
  • Booking of incoming payments
  • Clarification of returned invoices and billing discrepancies with clients
  • Processing and monitoring of reminders
  • Change order management
  • Creation of framework contracts for subcontractors
  • Commercial management of construction files
