    Application Support Specialist | Hybrid - Dallas, TX | $70k/yr - $75k/yr + Benefits

    The role:


    As an Applications Support Specialist, you will primarily be supporting the internal employees of the company with any software/application troubleshooting that is necessary.

    You will also provide occasional support for company hardware when needed. This role will require strong communication skills and a willingness to take challenging situations head on.


    What you need:
    Experience in IT end-user support, preferably in professional services industry
    Strong skillset in Microsoft Office Suite and/or application support
    Knowledge of Citrix, VPN, and DNS
    Willingness to learn new things and handle difficult situations.
