- Providing 24 x 7 on-call support for all assigned production systems.
- Working daily with Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- Developing and executing scripts, utilities, and associated test plans. Scripts may modify data not updateable via user interface.
- Conducting code-level software analyses to identify the root cause of bugs and/or necessary system modifications.
- Interfacing with internal clients, vendors, managers, IT, and Product Development to resolve issues.
- Analyzing and documenting problems, communicating resolutions, and conducting follow-ups.
- Maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required.
- Designing new computer systems and frameworks.
- Collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads, and other teams to resolve issues effectively.
- Creating system guidelines and manuals for the organization.
- Conducting training sessions and workshops on system processes.
- Reviewing systems regularly and preparing reports on efficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Structuring and prioritizing business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders.
- Experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- General knowledge of financial and/or payment solutions technology.
