    Vanguard in St. Louis, MO, is on the lookout for ambitious individuals to join us as entry-level Management Trainees With recent growth in our business, our clients are seeking individuals who thrive in people-centric environments. We're in search of candidates with stellar communication skills, a knack for thriving in fast-paced settings, and a passion for continuous learning.

    In this role, you'll have the opportunity to acquire and develop skills essential for a career as a Marketing Manager. During the paid training period, Management Trainees at Vanguard will hone negotiation abilities, master client acquisition techniques, and undergo leadership development. If you have experience in retail, hospitality, sales, or related fields, we encourage you to apply, as we highly value the skills gained in these industries.

    Please note: This position requires in-person attendance at our St. Louis office, so we're seeking candidates willing to commute. As an entry-level opportunity within our company, we welcome those eager to gain experience in a professional work environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Attend regular client training sessions to stay abreast of industry trends, promotions, and products.
    • Establish new customer accounts and ensure the upkeep of existing ones.
    • Collaborate with management to efficiently plan and execute sales goals, ensuring team objectives are met.
    • Engage face-to-face with potential and existing customers on behalf of our clients, maintaining brand reputation.
    • Maintain regular and effective communication with team members and management.
    • Train and mentor new representatives.
