With your enthusiasm and joy for sales, you will have a successful start to your career as a trainee in sales at BAUHAUS.

Within 18 months, you can gain insights into various department rotations and prepare yourself optimally for your future tasks as a leader.

There is no application deadline for this position. It will only remain open as long as it is available.


Your tasks:
Over the course of 18 months, you will rotate through the diverse departments of a BAUHAUS specialist center and bring in new perspectives
Get to know the diverse departments as well as the daily business in sales, goods receiving, and at the cash register from different perspectives
Accompany the management of your specialist center in various tasks such as personnel management and marketing
Support in market analysis and evaluation of operational key figures and gradually expand your analytical skills
Gain new perspectives during the trainee program through first-hand experience
