Action Behavior Centers - We're looking for a New Centers Project Manager to oversee our Texas Region New Centers Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, and More
Our New Centers Project Manager(s) will help manage new center projects during company
He or she will work directly with site contractors to ensure deliverables fall within the
applicable scope and budget. This role can expect travel and extended hours during project
is satisfying and exhilarating. We will train on specific task items listed below, although the right
fit will quickly and easily pick up responsibilities and manage them on their own.
Looking for someone with previous project manager experience for this role.
3-5 years of construction project management is highly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Manage communication with team and leadership around project timeline
- Meet with contractors to discuss scope
- Schedule contractors to ensure work is done in an appropriate time frame
- Order basic center needs and stock first inventory
- Coordinate with Office Manager with regard to opening
- Answer inbound phone calls from contractors and vendors
- Work with other departments to assist with Ad Hoc projects
Requirements:
- Naturally intuitive with tools and not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Familiarity with Asana is a plus, but not required
- Highly detailoriented, perceptive, and adaptable
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Executes at a high level and proven to work successfully with mínimal supervision
- Interpersonally smart and operates with a high degree of professionalism

- Travel Requirements
- Willing to travel to multiple cities and states during expansion.
Expected travel around 75% across our regions and centers

Compensation:
- $70,000 salary + annual bonus based upon business KPIs
