Are you a naturally decisive person who enjoys problem-solving and motivating teams? Do you view yourself as a visionary who is fast paced and has a high bar for yourself and your team? If you have a proven track record as an exceptional leader of in-home sales teams, this position is for YOU As a Lifetime Director of Sales, you will lead our incredible group of design consultants on the windows and siding sales team to ensure that all customers have an exceptional experience and all sales goals are achieved.
o Understand industry-specific trends.
o Identify areas for future revenue growth.
o Actively recruit future talent to develop a strong pipeline.
o Daily coaching with underperforming design consultants.
o Take design consultant phone calls, answer questions and emails.
o Recognize performance.
o Create weekly checkpoints for performance and share wins.
o Respond to customer inquiries and sales issues.
o Correspond regularly with Lifetime's Operations team.
