If you have a proven track record as an exceptional leader of in-home sales teams, this position is for YOU As a Lifetime Director of Sales, you will lead our incredible group of design consultants on the windows and siding sales team to ensure that all customers have an exceptional experience and all sales goals are achieved.


    Essential Functions & Duties of the Job


    Vision:
    o Create and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales goals.
    o Understand industry-specific trends.
    o Identify areas for future revenue growth.


    Team:
    o Motivate, lead and grow current sales team through ride alongs and conducting new hire training classes
    o Actively recruit future talent to develop a strong pipeline.
    o Daily coaching with underperforming design consultants.
    o Take design consultant phone calls, answer questions and emails.


    Meetings:
    o Assist and run biweekly sales meetings: set objectives, agenda, and share action items.
    o Recognize performance.
    o Create weekly checkpoints for performance and share wins.


    Administrative Tasks:
    o Issue sales representatives leads daily.
    o Respond to customer inquiries and sales issues.
    o Correspond regularly with Lifetimes Operations team.


    Collaborate with internal teams:
    o Weekly marketing meetings to discuss lead flow, current and future promotions, and sales performance.
    o Weekly operations meeting to ensure accurate pricing, contracts are sold correctly, and margin goals are met.

    Requirements:

    Qualifications:
    In-home sales background with a history of success and high achievements.
    3-5 years of leadership experience
    High School diploma or equivalent
    Excellent written and verbal communication
    Strong interpersonal skills
