  • Sales support: acquisition, processing, proactive support of existing and new customers
  • Targeted research for sales opportunities (tenders, customer portals, events)
  • Data collection and updating in the CRM system, data maintenance in customer portals
  • Creation and tracking of customerspecific offers, analysis and development of sales processes
  • Planning and implementation of sales activities (trade fairs, events, customer visits)
  • Desirable: support in field sales, taking over key accounts

What you bring:


  • Completed training or degree with a technical or business background
  • Good technical and organizational understanding (desirable in factory planning)
  • Understanding of business relationships in sales
  • First professional experience in sales or customer service
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP
