    Description
    NGB Property Management located in Albany, New York is a Property Management Company serving the Capital Region for more than 14 years in all aspects of property management and real estate. We are currently looking to expand our Operations Department with the addition of a cleaner. Maintenance experience is a plus

    The Role:
    • Cleaning of our properties consisting of apartments, houses, and common areas. Have experience in painting? Even better We have many opportunities outside of standard cleaning tasks if it's something you are interested in.
    Cleanings would include a specified list of items to complete such as:
    • Shampooing of carpets when needed.
    • Dusting.
    • Vacuuming.
    • Cleaning of appliances.
    • Cleaning hardwood floors.
    Qualifications:
    • You must be able to work independently and take instructions via email, text, and phone.
    • A smartphone is required for sending email summaries, photos when necessary, etc.
    • Compensation is based on experience.
    • Fuel reimbursement is provided after 30 days (up to a specified amount).
    • Health care available.
    • 1 week PTO, accrued at the time of hire.

    Work Setting:
    • We have properties throughout the Capital District (Saratoga, Albany, Latham, Schenectady, Troy, Cohoes).
    • Reliable transportation is a must.
    • You will have access to company vehicles if your tasks require them.
