JOB SUMMARY:

The primary responsibilities of this position includes the management of the building: maintenance, cleaning (bathrooms, offices, classrooms, labs, and common areas), paint, waste removal, event setup, cleaning and other duties as assigned to ensure that the building is kept in good condition at all times.

Functions:

Back up to Secutiry Office to Lock and secure building during evening shift.
Clean all classrooms, offices, bathrooms and common areas daily.
Assist with classroom set up and breakdown for all special events.
Assist with classroom readiness for each semester.
Assist with a preventative maintenance schedule for the campus.
Organizing and maintaining storage areas, including coordinating inventory.
Assemble furniture and equipment as needed.
Perform maintenance and repairs as needed.
Move furniture and equipment when necessary.
Perform security duties while on campus.
Communicate any facilities concerns to proper BSC Associate.
Assist with ensuring all inspection requirements are scheduled and uptodate.
React calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
Any other duties as assigned by the Security Officer or Business Office Director.
Ability to work additional hours over break and peak enrollment times.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with a diverse group, in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in general custodial duties and responsibilities. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs and navigate stairs.

$ $17.50 per hour
