Daigle Cleaning Systems, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and

skilled Window Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Window Cleaning

Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and

appearance of windows in various commercial and residential settings. Your

primary goal will be to ensure high-quality service delivery and client

satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

• Perform interior and exterior window cleaning using

appropriate tools, equipment, and cleaning solutions.

• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while working at

elevated heights using ladders, scaffolding, or other approved methods.

• Assess and address different types of windows, including

glass panels, frames, and sills, to determine the most effective cleaning

approach.

• Remove debris, dirt, and grime from windows to achieve a

streak-free and spotless finish.

• Identify and report any issues with windows, such as

cracks, damages, or faulty mechanisms, to the appropriate supervisor.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their

specific needs and address any concerns regarding the cleaning process.

• Maintain and organize cleaning equipment, ensuring proper

functionality and safety standards.

• Uphold company standards for quality, professionalism, and

customer service in all interactions with clients and team members.


Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Window Cleaning Technician or

similar role in a commercial or residential cleaning environment is preferred.

• Proficiency in using various cleaning tools and equipment,

including squeegees, scrapers, ladders, and safety harnesses.

• Knowledge of safe work practices and procedures when

working at heights.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver

high-quality results consistently.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact

professionally with clients and team members.

• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various

weather conditions.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record may be

required.
