    Description
    The Kelly Group is seeking an Industrial Plant Maintenance Supervisor for work in Memphis, Tennessee, and the surrounding area.

    Candidates should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of plant maintenance supervision experience in a grain handling and/or processing environment.

    This position requires the ability to perform these essential duties:

    Oversee and direct maintenance crewsEnsure maintenance operations are in compliance with schedules and budgetsPerform equipment maintenance on various types of mechanical equipment, including belt conveyors, bucket elevators, drag chains, grain cleaners, screw conveyors, etc.

    Show familiarity with different types of bearings and setting tolerances and taper locksPerform rigging and hoisting to properly move materials via the use of cranes and/or hand signaling to an operatorPerform and demonstrate the ability to complete work using safe work practices, and ensure maintenance crews are following the same practicesOther preferred qualifications sought include:
