    Description

    Job Description:

    As the Maintenance Team Supervisor at our facility, you will lead and oversee all maintenance technicians. Your main responsibilities include ensuring the proper upkeep and repair of equipment, building, and grounds, with a focus on electrical systems, HVAC, conveyor systems, transporters, fire prevention equipment, and safety programs. You will collaborate with local contractors and vendors to secure high-quality and cost-effective services.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise a team of 10-15 maintenance staff members
    • Develop, motivate, and resolve associate relations issues, fostering a positive work environment
    • Maintain efficiency and safety of equipment, taking necessary actions as needed
    • Coordinate daily maintenance tasks and collaborate with other departments to plan future requirements
    • Set priorities and schedules in alignment with production needs
    • Manage relationships with contractors and vendors for equipment and services
    • Procure parts, equipment, and services for maintenance and repairs
    • Complete reports and handle administrative duties

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of experience with conveyor systems in a distribution center
    • Strong knowledge of building codes, trade standards, and maintenance industry practices
    • Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, construction, plumbing, and HVAC systems
    • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience with Mechanics
    • Formal education in a related field, preferably from a 2-year training program
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

    Starting Salary Range: $57,900-78,100
