We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team to help us bring to life the multifaceted range of products, services, and events we offer. The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns to increase engagement and drive revenue to support C-Suite executives.

    *Responsibilities:
    • Develops a thorough knowledge and understanding of our membership
    • Develops, plans and executes strategic marketing campaigns for events, education products and services, including defining target audience segments, crafting key messaging, and reporting on campaign performance
    • Composes compelling copy and provides creative vision for planned marketing initiatives with a focus on generating quality leads and driving conversions through website, e-mail, direct mail, print advertising, social media, and other digital marketing tactics
    • Assesses tracking and reporting of marketing campaign results to determine challenges and successes
    • Collaborates cross-functionally with other teams, including content, design, and events teams, to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach
    • Responsible for developing project timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget
    • Composes and manages content updates for events and product-related web pages
    • Manages outside vendors on marketing deliverables, including the creative direction, proof approvals, and shipping of on-site materials and signage
    • Travels to events as needed and interacts with members
    *Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and possess basic knowledge of content management systems and HTML
    • Working knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking and reporting campaign results is preferred
    • Very strong attention to detail and attentiveness
    • Ability to organize and handle a variety of tasks
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong ability to analyze and report on survey data
    • Ability for light travel to conferences and meetings

    $40, $55,500.00 per year
