    This essential role is responsible for:

    Recording customer payments accurately and timely
    Processing refunds on overpaid accounts
    Must be a team player, self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced processing environment.

    Education/Training/Experience:
    Basic knowledge of MS Office Products
    Must be proficient with 10-key
    Minimum typing requirement of 40 wpm
    Basic Mathematical Skills
