- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with Triple B Corporations overall business objectives, business growth, mergers and acquisitions, and efficiency.
- Oversee the implementation of new technologies and systems to support business operations.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure security and reliability of company data and systems.
- Monitor and manage IT budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance and progress of the IT department.
- Lead the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including network systems, servers, storage, phone system, desktops, software distribution platform, enterprise architecture, mobility work force, virtual and cloud platform. Ensure the stability, scalability, security, and performance of the IT infrastructure to meet business needs and industry standards.
