- Prepare income tax account reconciliations and coordinate tax entries with the accounting department
- Analyze fixed asset addition, disposal, and transfer details in the tax books
- Preparation of the consolidated federal income tax returns.
- Assist with the preparation of various separate company and combined/unitary state income tax returns
- Respond to various federal, state, and local income tax notices
- Research various federal, international, state, and local income tax issues
- Participate in federal, state, and local income tax audits
- All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1 plus year of experience (preferred) or previous Tax internship experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong analytical, organizational, and technical skills
- Demonstrate an ability to perform within a team environment and add to the overall success of the team
