    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Engagement and Upselling o Foster and nurture client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and delivering tailored cloud data solutions to meet those requirements.

    o Maintain consistent and proactive communication throughout the client's cloud journey, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any evolving needs.

    o Identify and capitalize on opportunities to offer additional services or solutions, enhancing the value delivered to clients and expanding the company's revenue streams.

    o Attend events, seminars, or conferences where clients are present to foster relationships outside of formal meetings. o Build long term relationship with client stakeholders going above and beyond a transactional relationship.

    Solution and Delivery Excellence o Advise on innovative data solutions, ensuring they are technically robust, aligned with client needs, and scalable for future growth.

    o Oversee the development and implementation processes, ensuring that solutions adhere to best practices, industry standards, and the Decision Minds Quality benchmark.

    o Work closely with our onsite and offshore teams, ensuring that the technical, business, and client-facing aspects of solutions are harmoniously integrated for optimal results.

    o Actively seek and incorporate client feedback into our solution, ensuring the delivered solutions continuously meet and exceed client expectations.


    Experience Required:

    Familiarity with either Google Cloud Platform Big Query or AWS Redshift with all the associated data pipeline , data quality, AI and ML capabilities offered by CSPs.

    Ability to be micro or macro on technology depending on the audience
