    Credit Relationship Manager
    Vaco has partnered with a rapidly growing client to fill a Credit Relationship Manager opportunity.
    The Credit Relationship Manager is responsible for collection activities, account reviews and credit limit assignments. This position necessitates a blend of financial expertise, the ability to cultivate relationships, and a sharp comprehension of risk management to successfully attain these goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Actively manage customer relationships along with commercial sales team to ensure that customer experience is optimal.
    • Manage a portfolio of key accounts.
    • Work closely with any 3rd party providers to provide support, escalation routes, ensuring their service levels are being achieved.
    • Manage to KPIs and goals which are provided by management, including collection goals
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications:
    • Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Roswell
    • 5+ years of credit and collections experience
    • Invoice research experience
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
    • Associate's Degree

    • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
    • licensure and certification requirements;

    With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
