    Description


    What you'll be doing This is an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a dynamic team, direct warehouse operations, and oversee purchasing.

    You'll also engage in supplier negotiations, manage budgets, spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, and foster cross-department collaboration. Work toward greater efficiency optimizing processes and tracking metrics.
    Successfully mentor team members and complete management reviews Ensure accountant and efficient inventory management. Cultivate strong partnerships with vendors while negotiating favorable terms.
    Manage the department budget.

    What you'll bring to the employer:

    Bachelor's degree in business Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field5+ years in Supply Chain Manager, with additional leadership experience such as program management, purchasing manager, warehouse supervisor or other leadership.

    Best within a manufacturing company. Direct purchasing experienceFamiliarity with ISO 9000 and TQM environmentsDemonstrated project management skills.
    Skills in root cause analysis, and corrective / preventive actions.
    Able to work on-site and is authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
