We are dedicated to providing cutting-edge BMS solutions that enhance the efficiency, reliability, and overall performance of datacenter operations.

Job Summary:

Joining our solutions sales team means you'll be at the forefront of developing smart datacenter systems that optimize energy consumption, monitor critical infrastructure, and ensure seamless operation
Bring innovation and differentiation to our clients, addressing their business needs, process constraints, and technical challenges
Work towards delivering profitable solutions that establish reference architectures, transitioning from individual projects to a program-based delivery model
Your expertise in BMS solutions will play a key role in shaping functional design specifications for seamless execution by our engineering team

Responsibilities:

Develop custom solutions for automation, control, and monitoring of mission-critical systems
Understand customer context, processes, and technical complexities to build tailored solutions
Mentor sales account managers, set customer objectives, and drive successful integration designs
Collaborate with various engineering disciplines to integrate solutions into datacenter infrastructure
Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients develop datacenter metrics and strategies for energy optimization

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related field. A master's degree is a plus
Minimum 7-10 years of hands-on sales or facility experience
Strong understanding of PLCs, BMS design, and building automation protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.)
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for addressing complex BMS challenges
Up-to-date knowledge of datacenter technologies, cooling solutions, and energy efficiency best practices

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES: Requirements for onsite duties including physical tasks and equipment use.
