    Solution Architect (IDP, RPA, and Cognitive Automation)

    12-month Contract

    Hybrid (Not Fully Remote- Locations include: Jacksonville and Tampa/Clearwater)

    Brooksource is seeking and highly skilled Automation Solutions Architect to join a leading financial technology company. This will combine high-level thought leadership and deep technical knowledge to provide strategic and innovative solutions to a growing Ai practice. Expertise in IDP, RPA, Cognitive, and Generative automation will be key in order to design and implement new go-to-market strategies.

    Requirements:

    • Expertise in designing and deploying RPA/IDP components such as bots, robots, development tools, code, repositories, and logging tools.
    • Working knowledge of tools such as UIPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar RPA platforms.
    • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with the ability to implement complex AI solutions effectively.
    • Strong proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLM), with a track record of implementing NLP techniques to solve diverse problems.
    • Develop and execute test plans to validate RPA solutions.
    • Experience with Azure AI cloud services, leveraging its capabilities to develop and deploy AI solutions.
    • Familiarity with Agile development methodology, facilitating efficient project execution and adaptation to changing requirements.

    Responsibilities:

    • Will work alongside key stakeholders to support process assessment and design procedures including automation feasibility and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Design and deployment of end-to-end automation workflows.
    • Ensure scalability, security, and performance of the solution by following appropriate QA processes.
    • Create process documentation for all automation workflows in tandem with associated teams.
    • Prepare end-user documentation to facilitate adoption.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Proven experience as an RPA developer or solution architect.
    • Deep understanding of RPA concepts and methodologies.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Knowledge of document processing techniques and OCR technologies.
