We are currently seeking a motivated employee to join our team at our company headquarters in Leipzig as an Assistant to the Management (m/f/d) at Otter Creek, FL.


  • Full-time Permanent

Your responsibilities will include:

You will be responsible for managing the reception area and providing support to the management in all administrative and organizational matters


Your tasks will include:

  • Organizing daily office operations and supporting the management in all commercial and organizational matters
  • Welcoming and assisting employees, customers, and suppliers
  • Placing orders and handling correspondence with customers, suppliers, authorities, and institutions (e.g. health insurance companies, insurance companies, leasing companies)
  • Invoicing in consultation with the relevant departments
  • Supporting the dispatch department in organizing, sales, and order processing
  • Assisting the accounting department, particularly in payroll and salary accounting, preparing accounts receivable and accounts payable, and maintaining personnel records
  • Representing the management as directed by the management in individual cases
  • Working hours:
Full-time (40 hours) - Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm


Your qualifications:


  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with a focus on office management or a similar qualification
  • You have a basic understanding of mathematics and logic and solid knowledge of all MS Office applications
  • Ideally, you have some experience in the temporary employment sector (not a requirement)
  • Language skills: German/English (written and spoken
