Responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of our fully automated production facility with over 240 robots, as well as the highbay warehouse and building technology.
  • You ensure the output of bodies from our highly automated bodyinwhite production line in terms of quantity and quality.
  • You independently identify, analyze, and resolve technical malfunctions and carry out repairs or troubleshooting.
  • You are responsible for electrical modifications and programming changes to the production line.
  • You work on continuous optimization and improvement of processes.
  • You adhere to safety regulations and have experience with safety standards in body construction.

Profile:


  • You have completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic or a comparable qualification with a focus on mechanics.
  • You have several years of experience in machine maintenance and with interconnected automated production lines.
  • You have indepth knowledge of pneumatics and experience with robots, preferably KUKA and ABB.
  • You have knowledge of body construction and the processes and joining technologies used.
  • Ideally, you have experience in control and regulation technology and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
  • Your work style is characterized by independence and teamwork.
  • You have good technical understanding and manual dexterity.
  • You are willing to work in 3 shifts and overtime.
