Join our team in Stuttgart immediately as a full-time HR Generalist with a focus on payroll (m/f/d)


Your responsibilities:


  • Within a defined group of employees, you will review payrollrelated matters in accordance with legal, collective bargaining, company, or contractual regulations.
  • You will independently carry out payroll processing in SAP/HCM, including all related tasks (e.g. certificates, reporting).
  • You will be the point of contact for our employees regarding social security and taxrelated inquiries.
  • You will actively contribute to process optimization and digitalization.
  • You are enthusiastic about collecting, preparing, and analyzing reports, statistics, and data.
  • You will actively participate in various special projects within the HR department.

Your profile:


  • You have a degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent knowledge acquired through similar work experience.
  • Ideally, you have previous experience in payroll processing, or you are willing to familiarize yourself with this area.
  • You have excellent knowledge of SAP and MS Office (especially Excel), or you are willing to acquire
