- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students on your caseload.
- Collaborate with a team to determine the schedule and supports needed for each student.
- Work closely with paraprofessionals to address student needs and provide individualized support.
- Utilize a pushin model for instruction, with flexibility to accommodate students who may need breaks, walks, or other forms of support.
- Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth.
- Valid Wisconsin teaching license with special education certification.
- Experience working with students with a range of disabilities and needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
