    Description


    We are looking for an experienced and motivated supply chain manager with a wealth of experience in managing CMO's/CDMO's to join our team.

    You will be responsible for managing the relationships with our finished goods suppliers, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of goods and services, and optimizing the costs and efficiency of our supply chain operations.

    You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as production, sales & marketing, and finance, to align the supply chain strategy with the business goals and customer needs.

    Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end process of finished goods procurement, logistics, and inventory optimizationOwner of executed commercial contracts, negotiate/amend contracts throughout the B2B termAnalyze and forecast supply and demand trends and identify opportunities for improvement, risk mitigation, supply capability & agility, etc.

    Regularly assess COGS/supply price with the objective to improve low margin products & cost avoidance, complete "should cost" & benchmarking exercisesManage multiple finished goods Suppliers while ensuring supply continuity, robust supply plans, supply scenario planning to analyze risks & opportunities,Establish and maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal and external partnersEnsure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standardsPrepare and present reports and metrics on supply chain performance and initiativesHold suppliers to account using best in class KPIs and related contractual provisionsSupport the Supplier Relationship Management model requirements ensuring adherence to business processes such as BRMs, SRTsManage replenishment plans within an ERP environment ensuring the use of exception messaging, accurate master data, etc.

    RequirementsBachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing settingAccreditation in supply chain and/or materials planning is an asset (ex:
    CSCP, CPIM, etc.)

    Proven track record of delivering results and achieving cost savings and efficiency gainsStrong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in MS Office and SAP systems, Power BI and Smartsheet a plusAbout us:
