    We are looking for an experienced and motivated supply chain manager with a wealth of experience in managing CMO's/CDMO's to join our team.

    You will be responsible for managing the relationships with our finished goods suppliers, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of goods and services, and optimizing the costs and efficiency of our supply chain operations.

    You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as production, sales & marketing, and finance, to align the supply chain strategy with the business goals and customer needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage the end-to-end process of finished goods procurement, logistics, and inventory optimization
    Owner of executed commercial contracts, negotiate/amend contracts throughout the B2B term
    Analyze and forecast supply and demand trends and identify opportunities for improvement, risk mitigation, supply capability & agility, etc.
    Regularly assess COGS/supply price with the objective to improve low margin products & cost avoidance, complete "should cost" & benchmarking exercises
    Manage multiple finished goods Suppliers while ensuring supply continuity, robust supply plans, supply scenario planning to analyze risks & opportunities,
    Establish and maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal and external partners
    Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards
    Prepare and present reports and metrics on supply chain performance and initiatives
    Hold suppliers to account using best in class KPIs and related contractual provisions
    Support the Supplier Relationship Management model requirements ensuring adherence to business processes such as BRMs, SRTs
    Manage replenishment plans within an ERP environment ensuring the use of exception messaging, accurate master data, etc.

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field
    At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing setting
    Accreditation in supply chain and/or materials planning is an asset (ex: CSCP, CPIM, etc.)
    Proven track record of delivering results and achieving cost savings and efficiency gains
    Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    Proficiency in MS Office and SAP systems, Power BI and Smartsheet a plus
