**SUMMARY**
The Inventory Analyst is responsible for monitoring the entire logistics chain to ensure support of the program customer while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Assist Supervisor in maintaining database elements including consignment part master table, interchangeability maintenance, pricing matrix, system security (where required), inventory and transactional integrity in the applicable database.
+ Ensure all material supplied is consistent with AAR and Customer requirements.
+ Review and resolve rejected or undeliverable material in a timely manner.
+ Ensure accurate material status is relayed to customer and site representative in a timely and accurate manner.
+ Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner.
+ Review and resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner.
+ Interface with appropriate personnel within the logistics chain to organize and expedite inventory shipments, transfers, purchase orders, and repair orders in support of depot level maintenance activities.
+ Maintain daily communications with on-site representatives.
+ Make recommendations for process and procedure changes required to improve overall supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ 1 year of experience is preferred.
+ Proficient with MS Word, Excel.
+ Access experience preferred.
