Welcome bonus of 1000€* - Security Employee (Human)


Your responsibilities include:

  • Greeting employees and visitors and ensuring that necessary security protocols are followed
  • Monitoring access control at doors, gates, and other security systems
  • Being the first point of contact for incidents and disturbance reports
  • Answering and forwarding calls, relaying messages, and providing guidance to visitors, clients, contractors, and employees
  • Conducting regular patrols and providing key and assistance services throughout your shift

Requirements:

  • Qualification to guard the lives and property of others according to § 34a of the Trade Regulation Act, ideally with a successfully completed IHK Sachkundeprüfung
  • Strong communication skills with various stakeholders, such as company management or local police
  • Willingness to work in a team and be available for shifts
  • Clean criminal record
  • Fluent in German and English, with a valid Class B driver's license
