For our client, a leading company in the hydraulic sector, we are looking for a communicative personality as a team assistant (m/f/d) for the Hamburg location.
These are your tasks as a team assistant (m/f/d):- Creating offers and placing orders
- Checking invoices
- Supporting in commercial back office and communicating with customers and employees
- Monitoring the process of orders and deliveries
- Maintaining and updating customer and supplier data
- Organizing and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Preparing and editing documents and presentations
- Assisting with general administrative tasks and providing support to the team.
