- Full Time positions available with 4 or 5 days per week.
- Shifts include Friday - Monday (4 days) and Tuesday - Saturday (5 days), PM, NOC shifts.
- Location: Sherman Oaks / Studio City Area.
- Weekend and holiday availability is a requirement.
- Conduct facility orientations and ensure clients are familiar with program guidelines.
- Perform routine rounds, safety checks, and administer necessary screenings.
- Support clients with medication administration and uphold program rules.
- Engage clients in activities and community resources to aid in their recovery.
- Provide crisis intervention and impart independent living skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports according to policies.
- Participate in offsite activities and continuous education.
- Ensuring facility cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
- Collaborate with leadership team and perform other assigned duties.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High School diploma or GED; relevant coursework preferred.
- Prior experience in Mental Health is preferred.
- Strong independent and team player capabilities; excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and personal automobile insurance.
- Completion of background check, TB test, drug screening, and pre-employment physical.
- Maintain clean driving record, first aid, CPR certification or willingness to acquire.
- FBI fingerprint clearance or exemption and Criminal Record Statement required.
- Vaccination mandate with exceptions as per law (medical or religious).
