    Responsibilities:

    Provide direct#basic#patient care,#timely notification to appropriate staff on completion of patient care and for patient status changes on the#assigned shift.

    Adhere to all standards of patient care and promote a team effort among co-workers.

    Collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidence based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.


    Job Requirements:

    Education:
    High school diploma or equivalent or minimum score of Bronze on the Career Readiness Certification (#CRC#) certificate.
