Are you a compassionate and dynamic Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) seeking an opportunity to positively influence the lives of our residents? We invite dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) professionals like you to become part of our team at The Blossoms at Van Buren, our well-established facility. We currently have exciting openings for Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem positions for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

Responsibilities:

In this vital role as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for:

Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and eating
Providing companionship and emotional support to residents
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure residents' needs are met
Documenting and reporting resident observations to the care team
Adhering to infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you should meet the following criteria:

Possession of a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of employment
Current CPR certification preferred
Compassion and dedication to resident well-being
Excellent communication skills
