On an as-available basis. We work with you schedule - LIFE SURGE Headquarters in Palmetto – not remote
- Transfer data from paper formats from our events into database systems using laptop and mouse
- Decipher handwritten information from forms and data enter the information into our database with high level of accuracy
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Update existing data
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
- Other duties as needed
- The ideal candidate will be computer savvy, as well as a fast and accurate typist with a keen eye for detail wpm, accuracy 80-90%)
- Proven experience as data entry clerk
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
- Basic understanding of databases
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- Non-corporate, always casual, entrepreneurial, comfortable, fun and proactive work environment
- High-level performers, disciplined, and self-motivated people will do VERY WELL in this environment
- One meal provided on a shift over 6 hours as well as drinks and snacks
