    Description

    Program Director, Auxiliary Services

    Organization: H0171 Auxiliary Services Operations Description

    • Responsible for the day-to-day management of auxiliary agreements and daily oversight of contractors supporting campus auxiliary programs.
    • Oversees system-wide contract activities of auxiliary areas.
    • Meets with vendors and campus stakeholders, develops customer service programs, and directs marketing and communications activities for various programs.
    • Reviews and assesses vendor and university compliance with contract provisions.
    • Directs field inspections of program activity locations across the campuses.
    • Reports and recommends improvements of the programs to the Executive Director.
    • Directs the submission of inspection findings to partners and monitors completion of action items.
    • Identifies new revenue opportunities or cost efficiencies and makes improvement recommendations.
    • Monitors performance with financial terms and key indicators.
    • Manages projects for timely completion.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors and 5 years of experience. Requires application of advanced principles, techniques, and theory in a professional discipline or business management knowledge.

    Additional Information:

    Manages contracts for dining/food services, campus stores, vending, and retail leasing. Provides assessment and data analysis for programs and oversees special projects. Assists in developing performance metrics, compiles data visualization, and supports contract compliance. Evaluates programs, policies, procedures, and systems for optimization recommendations. Advises on planning and implementing new programs or systems.

    The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, research experience, student interactions, writing skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Reports to the executive director, University setting experience preferred. Salary commensurate with experience/education. Required attachments: Resume, Cover Letter/Letter of Application.
