Description
What can you expect?
- Consulting, planning and implementation of server infrastructures based on Microsoft Windows Server or Linux
- Support in troubleshooting for clients or in collaboration with our operations team
- Accompaniment of IT projects, from sales support to implementation
- Assuming partial responsibilities in projects
What should you bring?
- Completed IT-oriented education, such as a degree in computer science or a similar field
- Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Hyper-V (desirable), Microsoft SQL Server, central services (e.g. DNS, DHCP, NTP)
- Experience with group policies
- Experience with backup solutions
- Understanding of monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery for server infrastructures
- Excellent German language skills to provide optimal customer support
- Team player who enjoys contributing and working on diverse tasks
