Your responsibilities

As a management duo with the Business Product Line Manager (m/f/d), you will share responsibility for the strategy, commercial success, and innovation of the product line.

This includes not only managing and developing your employees, but also overseeing project, risk, and opportunity management, as well as building and maintaining relationships with our customers, with a focus on customer satisfaction and understanding their needs.

As the Product Line Manager Technology (m/f/d), your specific responsibilities will include:

Developing products and technologies in the following areas:
Switchgear for mining trucks
Electric drive systems for construction machinery
Managing technical offers
Designing the technology roadmap.


Bringing your strengths:
Your qualifications

Successfully completed relevant studies (e.g. electronics, computer science, physics) or equivalent professional experience
Strategic and interdisciplinary thinking
Knowledge of business administration
Ability to collaborate, resolve conflicts, and reflect
Fluent in both German and English
Experience in management as a technical and/or disciplinary leader, or in leading project teams
