Riverside OverviewRiverside Research is an independent National Security Nonprofit dedicated to research and development in the national interest.

We provide high-end technical services, research and development, and prototype solutions to some of the countrys most challenging technical problems.

Position OverviewRiverside Research is seeking a Contract Administrator to provide contract administrator support; The Specialist will support the Business Unit Leadership by supporting a variety of contracts and tasks.

Specifically, this position will prepare Proposal responses to Request For Pricing (RFP), coordinate, track, and prepare contract deliverables. Coordinate and support supervisory chains with contract actions.

The ideal candidate would have high attention to deal, ability to learn quickly, and ability to track high volume of items.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare responses to Request For Pricing (RFP)Prepare contract modifications, presentations and briefings materialOversee and coordinate internal approval processes of actionsLiaison with contract officer representative, customer and program management officeMonitor contract progress and ensure on time deliverable submissionExemplary written and verbal communication , organizational and MS Office toolset skillsAbility to monitor multiple contract statusesStrong analytical thinking, problem solving skillsAbility to create/maintain metricsTask flexibility, self-starter, takes initiative, problem solverQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree or an Advanced Degree without experience or equivalent work experience is typically required for an employeeAbility to obtain a "Top Secret" clearanceAbility to use computer applicationsPreferred
Possess and maintain a Top Secret security clearanceProficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Tableau is preferred.
Experience working in a collaborative team environment within the Department of Defense preferred.

Global Comp$50,000 to $85,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
