    Contracts Administrator Location US-OH

    Position Overview Riverside Research is looking for a Part-Time Contracts Administrator to executes contract administrative tasks for Government Contracting Officers and buyers.

    Responsibilities Assist as a systems administrator for automated contracting systems ConWrite and CON-IT Provide technical assistance to government employees in their preparation of contract documents containing multiple special terms and conditions with special clauses and unique provisions.

    Assist with procurement report preparation and compiling statistics from procurement data requiring analysis. Assist with the tracking of Contract Deficiency Reports and other taskers. Assist with transfer mods from other agencies and/or deobligation mods as needed. Assist in the preparation of draft briefings, correspondence, agency reports and draft legal documents associated with the procurement process. Support the 645 AESG in all aspects of records management. Assist in the distribution of government-approved contractual documents.


    Qualifications Required:

    Minimum of 2 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; an advanced degree without experience or equivalent work experience is required Be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance Experience with the following databases / systems is beneficial: Electronic Document Access (EDA), Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS), System for Award Management (SAM), and Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).

    Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products.


    Desired:

    Five (5) years of experience in business or administrative support within a Systems Program Office within the Department of Defense.

    Global Comp $80,000 - $90,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
