    Job Description

    Currently, Summit Santa Clara is looking to fill positions for Lamination Operator on the 2nd shift. Summit Interconnect specializes in manufacturing advanced technology printed circuit boards, with a strong focus on complex rigid and rigid-flex products, particularly in RF/Microwave applications.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of one (1) year experience in the printed circuit board industry.
    • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lay-up and press rigid panels.
    • Ensure quality of panels.
    • Perform department-related tasks as directed by the Supervisor.

    Education/Skills:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Minimum one (1) year prior PCB experience.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with managers and supervisors.
    • Strong concentration and ability to stay focused with minimal interruptions.

    Physical Demands:

    • Role requires standing throughout the entire shift.
    • Capability to lift 30 lbs.

    Compensation/Benefits:

    Summit provides a range of health and benefit programs, including Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA plans, Hospital and Accident plans, Life Insurance, PTO, and Paid Holidays. Benefits become effective on the 1st day of the month following the date of hire.

    Pay Range for this position is $20.00 per hour based on experience.
